Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 Fair Trade banana frozen or fresh (freeze other half)
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 pear
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled. Fair Trade if you can find it.
  • 1 cup ice

Optional/Recommended

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Start blending on low and slowly turn up to high until all ingredients are fully blended. Flax seeds should no longer be whole.

Notes

You can enjoy this smoothie immediately or you can store it in a jar in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir before enjoying.
